We all impact and are impacted by other members of our household and family. For adult children and their parents, they may face pain and hardship when faced with disconnection and past hurt. Family therapy offers a supportive space where each member's voice is heard and understood. Together, we'll explore relationship dynamics within the family, work towards repairing and understanding past harm, and foster more open communication, deepening a sense of connection among family members.

During adolescence, the teen brain undergoes remarkable transformations that significantly impact relationships and emotions. Navigating these changes can be overwhelming for many teens and their families. In teen therapy, I provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space for teenagers to express themselves freely, and come to better understand their developing brain. I work with teens to navigate issues such as self-esteem, identity formation, peer pressure, and academic stress, empowering them through this transformative stage of life.
